How to request account deletion on Pg TopUp, and what happens to your data.
You can request account deletion through the support channels listed on our Support page. Include the email, phone number, or linked Telegram account needed to identify your account.
After verification, we remove your profile information and disconnect linked accounts. You will no longer be able to sign in after deletion.
Completed order and transaction records may be returned for a limited period where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations.
Resolve pending orders and any wallet balance before requesting deletion. Ask support for help before deletion if needed.
Requests are normally processed within a few business days. We may ask you to verify account ownership first.
